You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific refund policies that you wish to establish between your business and your customers. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Refund Policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We handle each query on an individual basis and to the best of our ability. While we hope you are happy with your order, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange, once we are happy with the condition of the returned product.

If you wish to return or exchange a sweater, in such instances, the customer must cover the cost of the return of goods. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the parcel using a reputable signed delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package.
In the unlikely event, there is an error on our behalf with your order, we will cover the cost of package back to us.
We have the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition whereby they are not saleable or they are damaged

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
